As a child, I was a huge G.I. Joe fan. I collected the action figures, watched the cartoons and read the comics (which were excellent, by the way). As with most properties, I tend to find myself drawn to the villains more often than the heroes. So, I’d be interested in which of the bad guys you liked the best. Below you can vote for your favorite Cobra agent from those that are listed, or write one in if they aren’t there. I’d also love to read why you chose them in comments below. Horror Delve 
This was really hard! I love Cobra Commander but they made him too over the top in the cartoons. I always liked Major Bludd even though he seemed very underutilized in both the comics and cartoons. He and the Baroness seemed like throwbacks to an earlier spy era and could almost have been lifted from an old Steranko issue of Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D., or opposing Steed and Emma Peel. Those who came later (Zartan, Mindbender, Serpentor, etc) were less old-school spy and more supervillian.
Well said! Yeah, Cobra Commander seemed much more dangerous in the comics as opposed to the ridiculous way they portrayed him on the cartoon.
The cartoon is fun but the comic was a really good read for at least the first 50 issues, if not
longer.
